Cobalt complements its quality and safety programs with a construction philosophy that promotes schedule compliance, cost control, and effective communication within our organization and with our clients. The Vice-President of Construction is supported by a team of experienced on-site Project Managers and office-based personnel. Projects are tracked from inception to completion using real-time data. This proactive approach provides the on-site project managers with the information necessary to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. To ensure client satisfaction, Cobalt provides routine status reports at various stages of construction. As part of Cobalt’s proactive management approach, all appropriate subcontractors are included in the project and status meetings to ensure fluent transitions between phases.
