Cobalt Contractors is based on the same company principles that allowed Forsman, Inc. to become the premier professional land survey company in the Las Vegas and Phoenix areas. All Cobalt activities are based on honesty and integrity. This requires the project managers to have open and honest interaction with our clients, staff, and suppliers. Cobalt’s expectation is that all projects will be completed on schedule, within budget, and to contractual specifications. As with all construction operations, Cobalt recognizes that unforeseen circumstances will occur; however, through open dialogue with the client and teaming partners corrective actions can be developed and implemented to adapt to the changing environment. Cobalt’s continuous improvement process is based on a robust lessons-learned program that captures and evaluates information from on-going and completed projects, and uses this data to enhance future operations. At Cobalt implementation of this philosophy begins by hiring and retaining highly qualified staff, providing a foundation for personal and professional growth, and maintaining open rapport between all levels on the organization. In addition, Cobalt ensures that the construction and support staff are provided with the equipment, materials, and techniques necessary to meet all project objectives and deliver quality products.
