Cobalt has the infrastructure necessary to execute contracts for Federal, State, and municipal clients. Applying the knowledge gained through management of construction projects in excess of $50 million, Cobalt’s Vice President of Construction developed intricate project estimating, cost accounting, and project management systems to plan, execute, and track performance on all projects.
